In accordance with the covenants for The Grove at SummerBrooke subdivision, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is charged to “insure the quality development and to insure preservation of the aesthetic qualities of the subdivision.” To this end, the ACC must approve all plans, including initial residential construction, additions and/or modifications, and improvements. NO clearing or construction of any kind may begin until the property owner obtains approval from the ACC.

These restrictions are for the benefit of all homeowners, residents, and guests in The Grove at SummerBrooke community. In the event of Covenants and Restrictions violations, please contact the Board of Directors at or 841-4681.
